		<description><![CDATA[<p>現象APPEARANCE  脊椎手術後的僵硬及沾黏，會有脖子酸痛或緊緊的感覺。   病因ETIOLOGY  脊椎手術後為維持頸椎或腰椎穩定度，會依醫師指示配帶頸圈或背架，而一段時間的相對固定後，容易導致椎旁小肌肉的僵硬及沾黏，因而會有脖子酸痛或緊緊的感覺。同時，有時術後疤痕組織也可 能會導致脖子酸痛或緊緊的感覺。   治療方法REMEDY  復健治療部分，除了熱敷、深部電療及低能雷射外，應著重在漸進性的脊椎關節活動及深層脊椎旁肌肉的穩定運動及徒手治療，以免因術後沾黏造成脊椎旁肌肉萎縮僵硬，又造成頸部腰部疼痛的問題。 另外也需要漸進式的肌力運動、伸展運動和穩定運動，幫助恢復脊椎 的活動度和柔軟度。   各式酸痛範圍(歡迎點選下方連結，觀看更詳細的治療說明唷！)TREATMENT LISTS</p>
